April 13th...
Heidi Klum poses in a pool during a event promoting her special preview
of Klum's QVC jewelry line, "The Heidi Klum Collection," to celebrate
her upcoming show, Friday April 6, 2007 in Beverly Hills, Calif. Klum
and other models jumped into the pool at the start of the preview.
Klum's Spring/Summer collection is a mix of everyday wearable pieces
together with stronger designs inspired by Heidi's red carpet fashion.
April 12th... Former wild child Drew Barrymore has stepped into some

Feb.23rd....Fashionistas be on the look
out for more "Fashionista Life" the new season! Look for a whole new
format and catch the show 2 times a week! I will also be spreading the
fashion message all about shopping in Tucson when I head out to Mexico in
early March. Also look for my blogs on Moxie.com where I will be writing
about my weekends in Vegas in "Diary of A Sophisticated Girl" Also
be on the lookout for my articles on shopping in Tucson and Vegas in a
great travel site I will post in a few weeks!

"The Fashionista Life" cada domingo. Tambiene voy a estar en Mexico
hablando de modas de primavera. Tambiene estoy escribiendo de mis fines de
semana en Las Vegas. Tambiene busca mi articulo de los estilos de
primavera. Me encanta los vestidos de Diane von Furstenberg, especialmente
el vestido "Lady Bug".
Feb
22nd.....Britney is back in rehab. Wow this woman has not had an easy last
few days (or last few years for that matter) . After shaving her head bald
and then being seen in an intense conversation with her father she was
video taped going crazy with an umbrella and attacking a car and the
paparazzi with an umbrella! Let's see if she can stay in Rehab and
complete a program. The custody of her children may depend it. You know
things are really crazy crazy when K-Fed is starting to look like the more
responsible parent!
Feb 21st.....Fashionistas scientists
have discovered why we shop so much. Looks like there may be a gene for
this! Who knew!
Feb 14th.....Happy
Valentine's Day Sweeties! For your special night out think soft think
ballet. Instead of a red
dress maybe a soft pink with a flowing skirt. Don't forget some very soft ballet flats.
Head on over to Spirit Salon to for that last minute " touch up" like a pretty soft updo that
says "oh I just threw it up in a jiffy" no one needs to know that very "easy" look is
not so easy. Also head on over to Spirit for some last minute "maintenance"
Spirit is famous for their cheeky little waxing menu (best waxing in town) This is a Tucson
Fashionista's best kept secret. Go in for a glowing facial.
After all a girl can't expect
the "love glow" to do it all. Single Fashionistas?
Hang out with other singletons and thank your lucky lucky stars for a stress free day.
Of course you will still want to buy a killer red dress or get in on the hot ballet trend!

Valentin! Para esta noche hay que comprar un vestido pero no tiene que ser un vestido rojo.
Por que no buscas un vestido precioso en color rosita con una falda de bailarina? El
look de bailarina esta al grito de la moda ahora. Un par de zapatos sin tacon como una
bailarina en un color de metal.
Para los solteros?
Uns fiesta de tus mejores amigoas solteras para celebrar una noche libre de "stress."
Aunque seas soltera hay que comprar un vestido rojo. Una mujer siempre necesita otro
vestido rojo.
Jan 28th.....Fashionistas as you can
tell we are deep in awards season and well it's all a girl can do to keep
up. I did watch the SAG Awards and i must say there was one woman and one
dress that really stood above the rest for me. It was Cate Blanchett. You
know I love her work and I know I probably sound like I am repeating
myself but she really is one of my very favorites. Do you think it's a
coincidence that my favorite actors are also the best dresses? I don't
believe in coincidences do you? Cate never fails to look spot on as far as
i am concerned. She just reeks class and not well T&A. I am simply sick to
death of woman on the red carpet who feel the need to bare too much.
After
all if you have a nice body we know it. You do not need ot prove it every
time you get the chance. In fact all that ever proves is a lack of
taste ad style. I love to see these woman whose style is ageless and
timeless.
Jan 25th...... Well you just know I love a man in
a kilt. I married one (pictures coming up).
So I simply must show you
one of my favorite actors who happens to be Scottish as well..Ewan
Mcgregor in a kilt with his brother at Burns night that he hosted .
His
brother is Colin Mcgregor. . Ewan
looks like he is having a great time.
Typical Scottish.
He looks great
in that kilt. What is it about a man in a kilt?
Jan 15th.....Okay
so what did you think my fashionista friends? Who was your favorite at the
Golden Globes? I love, love, love Reese. Her hair looks amazing and what
about her body in that dress? Oh yes proving what I have said over and
over...a woman just seems to well ...look so damn hot without a man! No
really. What is is that when a couple breaks up the woman loses weight,
gets a new hairdo and new clothes and looks better that ever?
I love Helen Mirren. She is one of my
favsf.. This woman is all class and not all plastic
surgery.
Of
course Brad and Angie looked ravishing. Okay enough said. Sorry but I am
sure you have heard enough about them.
I love, love, love America Ferrer. I met her when she
was in Tucson. She wanted to know where i got my outfit! Hey gotta love a
true fashionista! She is so sweet. Oh and does she look amazing or what?
Jan 14th......You
have heard the rumors before but this time it's true, Justin Timberlake
and Cameron Diaz are indeed over They have sent out the routine press
statement . You know the drill "We are going our separate ways but we are
still best friends and love each other soo much" Okay. The rumors
have been running since New Year's Eve when rumor has it that Justin rang
in the New Year with Kate Hudson. Oh and of course there have been those
other rumors that have Justin hooking up with Scarlett Johansen.
Of course Cameron has not been crying
into her pillow. No she has not been hooking up wiht anyone. Oh no ,being
a true fashionista Cameron is getting through it al with a little help
from from fashion. She attended the Chanel party in L.A. hosted by Sienna
Miller. Lindsay Lohan, Rachel Bilson and all the fashionista's were there.

Here's the skinny on Rachel Zoe........Seems the
"You must be very very
skinny to be styled by me" stylist Rachel Zoe is representing
skinny these days. After the being fired by Nicole Ritchie as her
stylist rumors were flying that Nicole fired Rachel because she was
encouraging her to lose weight and wanted her to stay very thin. In fact
in a blind item on Nicole's My Space blog she blindly refers to Rachel
as the " What over 35 year old raison face whispers her
order of 3 asparagus for dinner?" Rachel has been referred to as a
"starvist" by the New York Post and others are calling her the queen of
anorexia chic. Samsung has decided to use the whole skinny thing as a
marketing ploy and will have Rachel as a spokesperson for the new
"slimmer" Black Jack cell phone. Hmmmm I don't know about that...what do
you think? A good idea or not so much? Oh and Rachel styled
Lindsay as well when she was at her thinnest . Oh those things that make
you go hmmmm.

Oh
no! The O.C. has been cancelled! I for one will miss all the great
fashions on the show. I loved seeing things i had in my closet on the
actors and I cannot tell you how many times I saw something on
that show I just had to have. I will miss Julie Cooper (Love her) and
the whole show and great cast. One of the things i liked most about the
show was not just the fashions but the story line was interesting to
myself and to my daughters. I liked seeing that the parents and adults
got a great story line as well instead of only the kids. I loved Sandy
and Kirsten as a couple. Hey they were the parents many parents
aspire to be and their clothes were the ones I aspired to wear
